6. When providing customer-provided personal information to a third party, DKSHJ will, except under special circumstances, make every effort to protect the personal information from risks such as disclosure or further transmission by the third party by contracting with the third party to require their appropriate handling of the information.
7. When asked by a customer for confirmation or correction of the personal information provided to DKSHJ, DKSHJ will respond to the request in a reasonable and appropriate fashion. Please contact the appropriate office or employee regarding such inquiries.
8. DKSHJ acts in accordance with the laws and regulations of Japan pertaining to the protection of personal information, and will continue to review and make every effort to improve its compliance programs, including this privacy policy.
